Christi is the Managing Director of The Compliance Studio, where she leads the firm’s strategic direction and delivers tailored compliance, governance, and risk management solutions to organisations across various industries.
She brings a multidisciplinary legal background spanning academia, teaching, commercial drafting, and tax law. This diverse experience enables her to approach compliance not only from a legal perspective, but as an integrated part of business strategy and organisational development.
Her work is grounded in the belief that the law should be accessible, practical, and empowering. She specialises in translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into structured, understandable frameworks that support sustainable growth and operational clarity.
As an outsourced in-house counsel to her clients, Christi designs governance structures, develops compliance systems, and provides proactive guidance to help businesses manage risk and navigate regulatory environments with confidence.

Andrea is our Operations Manager and Candidate Compliance Consultant with extensive experience in the legal industry dating back to 2015.
Her professional background spans multiple areas of law, including estate administration, trust compliance, labour law, family law, and commercial drafting. Through this experience, she has developed a strong foundation in legal research, document drafting, and client advisory, with a consistent focus on accuracy, efficiency, and practical outcomes.
In her current role, while working to complete her LLB degree, Andrea applies her legal expertise within the broader context of compliance, risk management, and governance.
She is particularly passionate about assisting organisations in navigating regulatory requirements through structured, risk-based compliance frameworks that are both effective and aligned with operational realities.
